Erin Gilliss BEARD

Hello! This is me. Erin.

 

My love for photography came at a very young age and officially started when Santa granted me my most wanted gift at age 7: a high-end Holly Hobbie camera and a supply of film cartridges.

 

I was lucky enough to grow up in Hawaii and loved to take photos of the magnificent scenery of my everyday life. Once mastering the flora surrounding me, I quickly ventured on to the fauna I so loved: my animals, friends, family, and the amazing creatures found on the islands of Hawaii. I continue to have a driving passion for taking the type of photographs that capture the essence of my subjects.  And let’s talk about young people! I love humans big and small and especially love to photograph them. I have two young adult sons and I have been their daily mamarazzi. Of course, they are happy I have found other subjects to put in front of my lens and I get the greatest joy from photographing young adults as they transition from high school and/or college, looking forward to the future.

 

My mind is in constant motion of creativity and the urge to apply it to my photoshoots. I am committed to bringing your thoughts and desires, passions, and loves, alive through my photography. Together we can create a wonderful and fun experience while we capture great photo memories!
